How to setup Slack Notifications
You can configure the dashboard to publish Slack notifications when a post is published to social media or anytime there is an error posting. You can use this feature to notify you when it is time to post to your personal profile.
It only takes a few steps to set up:
In Slack click 'Apps' in the left nav bar, then search for 'incoming-webhook' and click Install
In the Incoming Webhook setup, choose the channel you would like the dashboard to publish to and copy the webhook URL. Click 'Save Settings' at the bottom.
Log into the dashboard and go to your brand settings page: https://app.sociallyinclined.com/dashboard/?view=brand-settings
Click on 'Notifications' then choose which alerts you want enabled. Paste the webhook URL and type in the Channel you had selected including the hashtag.
That's it. You will now get notifications about postings or post failures.
