# Troubleshooting Failed Posts and Disconnected Networks

As a 3rd party app we use the social network API's to connect to the networks to post. The networks disconnect on a fairly regular basis (approximately every 30 - 90 days) to allow you the opportunity to make sure you want to keep that connection.

| You should receive a notification via email if reactivation is needed. If you are not receiving email notifications from the dashboard please check your spam and promo folders.
