Troubleshooting Failed Posts and Disconnected Networks

As a 3rd party app we use the social network API's to connect to the networks to post. The networks disconnect on a fairly regular basis (approximately every 30 - 90 days) to allow you the opportunity to make sure you want to keep that connection.

You should receive a notification via email if reactivation is needed. If you are not receiving email notifications from the dashboard please check your spam and promo folders. If you still do not receive any please click the chat or email us at theteam@sociallysuite.com so we can help you.
