How to prepare your posts

Add your posts to the file
Be sure to keep the first row (with the column headings) in the CSV file.

The first column: 'Message' is for the message of your post. Stay within the character limits: Facebook (63,206), Instagram (2,200), LinkedIn (3k), Twitter (280), Google My Business (1,500), Pinterest (500), and TikTok (150).
The second column: 'Link' is for a single website URL you wish to attach to your post. If you also attach a photo or video, this will be added to the end of your message.
The third column: 'ImageURL' is for the URL of your image(s). If you enter a URL here, do not also enter a URL in the VideoURL column or the upload will fail. You can include up to 4 images per post, just separate the image URL's with a comma (no spaces). Be sure the URL is publicly accessible versus stored on a Google Drive, etc. that requires a password to access. We recommend using this free service and use the 'Direct link' URLs they provide.
The fourth column: 'VideoURL' is for the URL of your video. Be sure it is publicly accessible versus stored on a Google Drive, etc. that requires a password to access. Also, a link to a YouTube video page won't work, because the URL should be a video file versus a page with a video on it. If you enter a URL here, do not also enter a URL in the ImageURL column or the upload will fail.
The following fields should be left blank if you wish to add a post to the Queue. If you wish to schedule a post for a specific time, be sure to fill in all four of these fields:
The fifth column: 'Month(1-12)' is for the month (ex. January should be entered as 1, February as 2, etc.)
The sixth column: 'Day(1-31)' is for the day of the month
The seventh column: 'Year' is for the four digit year (ex. 2022)
The eighth column: 'Hour' is for the 24hr format time it will send. (ex. 2pm should be entered as 14, 8am as 8, etc.) The time zone is based on your account settings.
The ninth column: 'Minute(0-59)' is for the minute it will send. Enter the word 'Random' and we will randomize the minute so it looks less automated. An empty field is the same as entering 0.
The tenth column: 'PinTitle' is for the Pinterest Pin Title. It is optional.
The eleventh column: 'Category' specifies which Category the post will be assigned to. It is optional.
The twelvth column: 'Watermark' is to add a stored watermark to the image in your post. Enter 'Default' to apply your default watermark, or enter the exact name of the watermark you want to add.
The thirteenth column: 'HashtagGroup' is to add hashtags to the message in your post. Enter the exact name of the Hashtag Group you want to add. We will randomly select hashtags from this group and insert them after the message and link.
Save your final file as .CSV (comma separated values) and you're ready to upload!
